This survey has been commissioned by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in conjunction with the Digital Forensic Investigation Research Laboratory (DigitalFIRE) to assess existing approaches to requesting and obtaining electronic evidence in international cooperation under the conditions of Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties.

The survey consists of 36 questions, which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
